We don't sell tours.
We design relationships with the Italy
we love — and we bring six of you to the table.

Tables, not tours.

Experiences chosen for character — never for Tripadvisor stars. The vineyard the algorithm hasn't found. The nonna who teaches you cavatelli with her hands. The trattoria you only enter because Omar pushes the door. The Sardinian cove you reach by foot.

Six humans, one chat.

An experience is never a contract — it's a WhatsApp group with Alexandra and Omar inside it. From the first message to the airport hug, you have two real humans anticipating what you need before you ask.

Authenticity, audited.

Five years inside Emirates Business Class — and 185 countries of personal travel — taught Alexandra what real service looks like, and what 100+ nationalities of guests actually want. We bring that operational precision to every Italian detail, without ever making it feel corporate.

Two founders.
One obsession.

The Wild Table only works because two very different people built it. One has spent eight years curating service for the world's most discerning travellers at 35,000 feet. The other has spent years making strangers feel completely at home in Italy — one trattoria, one vineyard, one cobblestone at a time.

Nº 01 — Tuscany

Tuscany, slow.

Three to five days through the hills — boutique stays in a converted farmhouse, private wine tastings with the families who actually press the grapes, long lunches under olive trees, and a cooking class in a kitchen that's been the same for generations.

"A glass of Brunello with the winemaker himself — the kind of welcome you can't book on a platform."

Rome, with Omar.

From a single afternoon to a full week — Rome the way a Roman lives it, not the queue at the Vatican. Private market breakfasts, food walks through Trastevere, a trattoria the algorithm hasn't found, and a certified Roman guide whose hundreds of Airbnb guests keep coming back to say thank you.

"A private breakfast in a Roman family's kitchen — the kind of welcome you can't book on Google."

Sicily, at the table.

Five to seven days through Palermo, the southeast and Etna — street food at Vucciria market, a private dinner in a family courtyard, Etna wineries on volcanic soil, and a fishing boat morning on the Aeolian coast. Loud, generous, unforgettable.

"Pane e panelle at dawn on Via Maqueda — when Palermo is still rubbing sleep from its eyes."

From first message
to airport hug.

No booking platform, no chatbots, no forty-page PDF. Just a conversation that turns into an experience — and a founder who's awake when you are.
Step 01

WhatsApp us.

Tell us who's coming, when you have a window, and which Italy you're dreaming about — Roman alleys, Tuscan vineyards, Sicilian markets, Sardinian sea. No form, no commitment.

Step 02

Receive your dossier.

Within a few days you get a hand-built proposal — every experience, every host, transparent costs. Edit it together with us.

Step 03

Secure your seats.

A 30% deposit holds the dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Flight advisory included for international guests — five years of Emirates expertise, no commission.

Step 04

Live the experience.

You arrive. Omar is there. We're a message away — 24/7. The experience unfolds. The WhatsApp group stays open long after you're home.

The best moments in Italy are never in the guidebook. We built The Wild Table because we kept finding them — and we wanted to share them, six people at a time.
